The Accessory Company Group is expanding and on the hunt for an Accessories obsessed Product Coordinator.
The Product Coordinator supports the end-to-end product design and development process for all things Accessories, working closely with Brand Manager, suppliers, and retail partners. Helps ensure smooth execution from concept through to delivery, maintaining timelines and upholding product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing CADs and presentation range boards
- Supporting the Brand & Product Managers with administrative needs
- Managing the sample process and assisting with specs and approvals.
- Liaising with our offshore suppliers and factories
- Briefing new ranges to suppliers for development
- Maintaining effective relationships and regular communication with buyers
- Managing the critical path, production schedules and freight timelines
- Supporting the Production Manager with purchase orders, shipping schedules and production administrative tasks
About you:
- You're a creative thinker with a passion for product design and development.
- You have 1–2 years of experience in a product, design, production related role.
- A go-getter with great vibes who's happy to roll up their sleeves for the less glamorous (but totally crucial) parts of getting a product out the door.
- Clear communicator with a sharp eye for the little things — timelines, details, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Super organised with a sixth sense for what's happening, what's coming next, and who needs what — even in the middle of the chaos.
- A collaborative spirit who's excited to be a behind-the-scenes glue, supporting creative teams and bringing big ideas to life.
