Reaching over 3.5 million people weekly, we manage 15+ radio stations supported by syndicated programming and live sport streaming through the SEN app and We have exclusive radio rights partnerships with top sports organizations and produce TV programs from our state-of-the-art studios in Melbourne's Southbank. Our publishing arm produces the iconic AFL Record, and we deliver comprehensive media content, sponsorships, events, talent management, branded-content production, and creative services.

Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Production Coordinator located in Melbourne, VIC. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of production schedules, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of media content, and managing logistics for live broadcasts and pre-recorded programs. Additional tasks include overseeing production budgets, maintaining communication with talent and external partners, and ensuring all production activities meet compliance and quality standards.

  • Project Management and Scheduling skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Experience in media production (television, radio, digital)
  • Budget Management and Cost Control skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and logistical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in sports entertainment industry is a plus
