About the role

As a Management Accountant, you're at the heart of our mission to drive performance across the IOR Group. Your insights fuel smarter decisions, helping each business unit stay on track and hit its KPIs. You'll own the monthly reporting process and work side-by-side with operational managers to turn numbers into action. From frontline operations to strategic planning, your work ensures our businesses run efficiently, sustainably, and with impact

• Financial Reporting & Forecasting Deliver accurate monthly reports, rolling forecasts, and profit estimates with clear variance analysis and business insights.
• Costing & Commercial Analysis Analyse product and customer profitability, apply cost allocation methods, and drive cost control across business units.
• Decision Support & Data Storytelling Provide value-added analysis for pricing, investment, and operational efficiency—translating data into actionable business impact.
• Compliance & Month-End Execution Ensure timely completion of general ledger reconciliations, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting, while maintaining tax and regulatory compliance.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Partner with stakeholders, support team culture, and lead process improvements with ownership, adaptability, and alignment to company values.

You take ownership of financial reporting with precision and pride, ensuring every forecast, budget, and insight drives smarter decisions. You stay sharp on compliance and confident in your analysis, keeping records accurate and performance on track. Whether you're partnering with operational teams or presenting to leadership, your work keeps the business aligned, accountable, and ready for what's next.

To succeed in this role, you'll also need:

• Strong ERP and Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling)
• Clear communicator—translates financials for all audiences
• Sharp problem-solver with a proactive mindset
• Trusted business partner—collaborates with ops and commercial teams
• Detail-focused, deadline-driven, and improvement-oriented
• CPA or CA equivalent qualification
