National Trust Account Manager – Commercial Property

The Role

Pure Property Management is seeking a detail-driven and experienced National Trust Account Manager to join and support our national team.

This is a key position within our growing business, responsible for overseeing and supporting trust accounting functions across our commercial property portfolio. The successful candidate will provide guidance and training to our licensees and team members nationally, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and consistency across all offices.

We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of trust compliance, and enjoys empowering others to achieve excellence. The role offers genuine flexibility — you can be based anywhere in Australia, with flexible hours to suit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide support and training to Licensees who manage trust account functions for their commercial property portfolios

· Provide training to team members on trust account processes completed within Cirrus8

· Oversee Licensees' month-end reporting and audit preparation

· Assist in preparing owner statements, compliance documents, and financial reports

· Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all trust accounts nationally

· Liaise with internal stakeholders to maintain smooth trust accounting operations

Role Requirements

· Proven experience in trust accounting within the property industry

· Strong understanding of trust legislation and compliance requirements

· Proficiency in Cirrus8 (essential)

· Excellent attention to detail and time management

· Organised, proactive, and confident supporting multiple stakeholders

· Open to full-time or school-hours schedule

· Ability to work remotely while maintaining consistent communication and accountability
