Company DescriptionThe roleIn this role you'll:
  • Support and lead a team of professional Chefs, catering some of Australia's most recognised events, including Industry events, galas, and private functions.
  • Coordinate and execute the preparation and plating of events for guests.
  • Prepare and deliver a variety of hot kitchen items to a number of Crown's F&B outlets.
  • Possess a strong understanding of food safety and HACCP to ensure that Crown's outstanding service standards are upheld.
About you
  • Extensive culinary experience across high volume events & conferencing or banqueting environment.
  • Experience and ability to lead large diverse teams with exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong business acumen to assist in the monitoring of food and labour costs.
  • Ability to maintain high and consistent food standards.
