The Role

We are seeking a motivated Trade Sales Representative with a strong understanding of the tiling and waterproofing industry to join our team.

The ideal candidate will confidently assess client issues on site, identify signs of deterioration, water damage, or mould build-up, and provide tailored solutions using SuperSealed's advanced epoxy systems.

This role combines client consultation, quoting, product understanding, and field training — perfect for someone who knows the trade and wants to step into a professional, client-facing position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site inspections for showers, balconies, and wet areas throughout Melbourne suburbs
  • Identify and explain issues such as cracked grout, failed waterproofing, and mould or efflorescence
  • Prepare professional quotes and assist clients in understanding required repairs
  • Provide periodic training sessions to field staff and new employees on product application, epoxy grout systems, and sealing methods
  • Liaise with clients and the internal operations team to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Promote the SuperSealed brand with professionalism, reliability, and technical confidence

Skills & Experience

  • Background in tiling, waterproofing, or leak repair (essential)
  • Strong understanding of epoxy grout systems and remedial tiling processes
  • Ability to diagnose causes of leaks, deterioration, or waterproofing failures
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Familiar with Melbourne's suburbs and travel routes
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Motivated, punctual, and capable of working independently
