Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage sales plans specifically for instant noodle products across various retail and distribution channels
  • Lead negotiations, product listings, trade marketing, and promotional activities for instant noodle SKUs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers, distributors, and foodservice partners
  • Analyze category performance, sales data, and consumer trends in the instant noodle sector to identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, R&D, and finance teams to align strategies and execution
  • Deliver on revenue, margin, and growth targets for the instant noodle category
  • Provide accurate forecasts and regular sales performance reports to management

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4 - 5 years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on instant noodles or ready meals
  • Must have direct experience in selling instant noodles — whether through supermarkets, convenience stores, distributors, or foodservice channels
  • Proven ability to grow sales and manage customer relationships in the instant noodle segment
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with the Australian retail and food distribution landscape
  • Data-driven mindset with commercial acumen
  • Full working rights in Australia
