About the RoleOur passionate, fun and results driven Partnerships team are currently looking for a focused Corporate Partnerships Executive. Reporting to the State Partnerships Manager, NSW/ACT you will have the opportunity to utilise your experience identifying and optimising partnerships to develop and manage mutually beneficial relationships with corporate and community organisations.

No two days are the same for the Partnerships Executive 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and managing strong relationships with corporate and community partners
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Supporting and leading large-scale fundraising events
  • Presenting to corporate groups and negotiating partnership agreements
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver on projects and campaigns
  • Representing Starlight at events (some evening/weekend availability required)

About You

You're a natural relationship builder with a passion for purpose-driven work. You thrive in fast-paced environments and love the challenge of meeting (and exceeding) targets.

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience partnerships, Account Management or Business Development
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Confidence in presenting
  • Strong organisational skills
  • MS Office and CRM/database proficiency
  • Experience with event coordination and stakeholder engagement
  • Fundraising experience is desirable
  • A collaborative spirit and a can-do attitude
