with a passion for system optimisation, user enablement, and data integrity? Executive Consulting Group (ECG) is seeking to
partner
with a skilled
Salesforce Consultant
to collaborate on an upcoming Queensland Government project — providing Salesforce
support, maintenance, and strategic enhancement
services.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who can lead the
technical delivery
while we handle the client engagement, documentation, and training components. Your expertise will help ensure the Department's Salesforce platform remains reliable, secure, and aligned with evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing user access, permissions, and profiles
  • Troubleshooting and resolving system issues under defined SLAs
  • Maintaining data quality through validation, cleansing, and reporting
  • Executing system configuration, minor enhancements, and release testing
  • Monitoring platform health, performance, and integrations
  • Supporting Salesforce release cycles and security patching
  • Contributing to knowledge transfer and documentation (Train-the-Trainer support)

About You

You're an experienced Salesforce professional who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys solving operational challenges. You'll ideally bring:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
    — Advanced Admin or Consultant certs desirable
  • Proven experience managing
    Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud environments
  • Strong understanding of
    user management, security, automation, and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with
    release management and sandbox environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Based in (or able to travel to)
    Brisbane
    when required
