Senior SugarCRM Consultant
It continues to be an exciting time at as our strong team grows and our valued client base expands. We're strengthening the business across multiple units and are now looking for a Senior SugarCRM Consultant to join our delivery team in Australia within our SugarCRM practice, which spans marketing, sales and service solutions across multiple geographies and industries.
This is a senior, hands-on consulting role, where you'll take point on a set of key accounts, lead client delivery, share best practices, and help maintain the standard for collaboration, quality, and accountability. You'll also support pre-sales efforts, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and collaborate with peers to share best practices while actively contributing to process improvements.

What you'll do
- Lead delivery for 2–3 key clients, acting as an extension of their teams, understanding their business, maintaining their CRM roadmap, and ensuring continuity.
- Manage day-to-day consulting and delivery across multiple clients, ensuring consistent progress and quality.
- Take functional ownership of key add-ons and connectors such as Salesi (Revenue Intelligence), CPQ (configure Price Quote), and others, serving as the subject-matter expert for both delivery and pre-sales discussions.
- Support pre-sales efforts by contributing solution design input, assessing technical feasibility, and assisting with demonstrations and proposals where deep expertise is required.
- Maintain accurate task management, time tracking, and project updates across internal systems to ensure smooth coordination and visibility for the wider team.
- Share knowledge and collaborate with other consultants, supporting mutual development and demonstrating the delivery standards expected across the team.
- Maintain a broader architectural view of the client's technology ecosystem, not just the CRM, with awareness of the connectors, integrations, and dependencies that drive value.
- Create and maintain living client documentation such as ERDs, system schemas, and integration maps to support clear communication, governance, and long-term client confidence.
What we're looking for
- Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills. Be able to match messaging to the intended audience. (technical and non-technical alike)
- Background in CRM and/or marketing automation SaaS consulting (SugarCRM experience ideal; Salesforce, Dynamics, or HubSpot also valued).
- Proven ability to balance delivery, client management, and pre-sales responsibilities.
- Leadership mindset, proactive, accountable, and generous in sharing expertise.
- Exposure to enterprise or solution architecture principles, particularly across CRM ecosystems and integrations.
- Strong documentation skills, capable of producing clear, structured artefacts that support both internal delivery and client transparency.
- Technically minded, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- A genuine team player who takes ownership and cares about delivering meaningful outcomes for clients.
