We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant / Business Analyst to join our growing delivery team. You'll lead discovery, shape design, and guide implementation across a variety of projects and industries from not-for-profits and health, to local government and aged care clients.

What You Will  Do
  • Lead discovery and design sessions to understand business challenges and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members, including consultants and developers, to achieve successful, on-time project outcomes..
  • Configure and optimise Salesforce functionality to meet client needs.
  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria following Agile methodologies
  • Work across multiple clients and industries, balancing priorities with confidence.
  • Use AI tools and insights to streamline analysis, improve documentation and support delivery.
  • Oversee quality assurance by reviewing all work and thoroughly testing implemented solutions
  • Assist with Data Migration tasks when required
  • Contribute to pre-sales discussions, scoping, and estimation as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and manage delivery against project budgets and timelines.
What You Will Bring
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in Salesforce consulting, business analysis or functional delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert business needs into effective Salesforce solutions and design.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and implementation.
  • Exceptional ability to analyze complex challenges and devise effective solutions.
  • Multiple Salesforce certifications and a genuine hunger to keep learning.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and practical delivery you can zoom out and dive in.
  • AI curiosity, you're already exploring how intelligent tools can make you faster and smarter at what you do.
  • A collaborative, customer-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.
