About UsZudello is an Australian automation tech company specialising in using Machine Learning to extract data from different systems and documents, enabling end-to-end automation of business processes. Our Software-as-a-Service platform is used by businesses across a wide range of sectors, including Manufacturing, Hospitality, Health, and Not-for-Profit.
What You'll Do- Understand Client Needs: Lead discovery sessions to analyse and document client requirements, designing tailored solutions across various business functions.
- Solution Rollout: Drive the delivery and implementation of software solutions, ensuring seamless integration and configuration.
- Customisation Collaboration: Partner with the tech team to customise solutions based on client needs, leveraging your expertise.
- Client Engagement & Sales: Actively manage client accounts, blending consulting and sales skills to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
- Project Management: Lead implementation projects, ensuring they're delivered on time and within budget.
- Onboarding and Go-Live: Guide clients through onboarding, testing, and go-live processes.
- User Documentation: Develop clear, comprehensive documentation to educate end-users on application features, best practices, and troubleshooting tips.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and quality checks on software applications, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Experience in consulting, business analysis, or process transformation
- Highly driven personality with a passion for taking calculated risks and seizing growth opportunities
- Strong understanding of business processes (e.g., operations, supply chain, finance, HR, or procurement)
- Confidence in leading client interactions, from discovery sessions to presenting solutions
- Ability to think logically, work independently, and manage project timelines
- Bonus: Experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, MYOB, Xero)
- Bonus: Prior experience in SaaS, system implementation, or workflow automation
