What You Will Do
  • Design and ownSalesforce solutions that align with business goals and best-practice architecture.
  • Collaborate with consultants, developers and clients to turn requirements into practical outcomes.
  • Guide technical design, integration and custom development decisions.
  • Support pre-sales engagements and contribute to solution scoping and estimation.
  • Lead and mentor delivery teams locally and offshore to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Maintain strong documentation, governance and project standards.
  • Bring ideas that make our projects and our people better.
  • Leverage AI tools and thinking to enhance design, productivity, and customer outcomes.
