About the business

We are currently seeking a Young Motivated Administration Assistant to join Victoria's largest Heating and Cooling installation company at our Albury Branch.

We are a family-owned business with branches in Melton, Bendigo, Hoppers Crossing, Lynbrook and Albury.

About the role

This role will be a permanent part-time position, with a minimum of 20-30 hours a week. The hours will be 9am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday with the potential for more.

Ready for Immediate Start Available

Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Excellent phone manner
  • Greeting clients entering the showroom
  • Booking in tradesman on our booking program Service M8
  • Invoicing
  • Spare Parts
  • Monitoring Emails and Actioning as Required
  • General office duties

Skills and Experience

Experience using Microsoft and Xero desirable

To be successful, you will need to have:

  • Excellent attention to detail and good written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work within a small but effective team with a can-do attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
  • A proactive and organized mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to various aspects of the business
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
