Position Details

Role: Office Administrator

Location: Albury, NSW

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Start: Immediate

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet and host all showroom visitors, delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Manage incoming phone calls, email enquiries, and daily front-of-house operations
  • Perform administrative duties including data entry, document preparation, and appointment scheduling
  • Support the accounts and construction teams with invoice processing and bookings
  • Prepare colour consultation documentation and coordinate inspection bookings with councils and certifiers
  • Maintain showroom presentation to a high standard and assist with event coordination as needed

  • Well-presented with a professional demeanour and friendly attitude
  • Previous experience in an admin or receptionist role is highly desirable
