We specialise in concreting, formwork, steel fixing, drainage, pipelaying, detailed excavation, bulk earthworks, and plant & equipment hire. Our team takes pride in delivering quality, safe and efficient work for projects across Brisbane and surrounding areas.
The RoleWe are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our yard office team. This is a hands-on role supporting management with day-to-day administration, accounts, and payroll functions. Hours are flexible, and an immediate start is preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing and issuing customer invoices.
- Processing supplier bills and bookkeeping tasks.
- Assisting with payroll (docket collection and timesheet approvals).
- Handling phone calls, emails, scanning, and general office support.
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word & Excel.
- Experience with Xero or similar software (preferred).
- Previous administration experience (essential).
- Background in construction or plant hire (highly regarded).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Competitive casual hourly rate of $30–$38 (depending on experience).
- Flexible working hours.
