About the role/Responsibilities:

· To assist Practice Manager with highly responsible people-oriented tasks

· Must possess leadership qualities to assist and motivate staff and patients to upkeep our amazing Culture of Excellence

· Exceptional Customer Service for every patient

· Must be able to work independently in a Team environment

· Must be well presented, punctual and highly reliable

· Experience in Patient appointment setting, understanding dental services we offer, billing, receipting and health fund claiming

· Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional

way to win their hearts

· Must be able to independently handle patient inquiries, both in person and over the phone, providing accurate information and addressing concerns

· Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy

· Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and optimal patient experience

· On occasion, when needed, must be willing and able to assist with sterilisation and reprocessing of equipment

· On occasion, when needed must be willing and able to step in as a DA / Dental Nurse

About you:

· Mature, Reliable and Self-Motivated Individual with a strong work ethic able to work and grow in a large team environment

· Experience in Leadership roles, Dental Management roles and Business roles

· Individual who enjoys learning new skills and loves to grow both professionally and personally

· Exceptional customer service experience

· Excellent command of spoken and written English

· A minimum of 6 months experience in the dental industry (Certificate III highly regarded but not essential)

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Must be a willing and experienced team player and work collaboratively with the dental staff

· Professionalism and the ability to maintain a calm and friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment

· Must be able to assist and collaborate closely with our Practice Manager in a business settling

· Excellent communication skills and exceptional phone manners

· Well versed in all dental procedures to support our dentists

· Experience using HICAPS and other general dental reception duties

· Be willing and able to train Junior staff members in reception duties
