About the Role

As a valued member of our clinical team, you'll be involved in a wide range of responsibilities that go beyond just chairside assistance:

  • Assist in delivering exceptional care during general and cosmetic dental procedures.
  • Support and reassure patients, especially those feeling anxious or unsure.
  • Maintain a pristine clinical space and uphold best-practice infection control standards.
  • Help out with reception tasks like greeting patients, booking appointments, and answering calls.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has a positive attitude and a genuine passion for patient care.
  • Is kind, professional, and a true team player.
  • Has customer service experience (preferred, but not essential).

Bonus points for:

  • Front desk/reception experience and HICAPS knowledge (training available).
  • Familiarity with Ultimo Dental Software (not required, but a plus).
