The Role

We are seeking a Senior Dental Receptionist to lead our front desk team and ensure patients enjoy a seamless and positive experience.

This role is suited to someone with excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills, who can confidently manage a busy reception while supporting our clinical team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting the reception team.
  • Managing appointment scheduling, patient enquiries, and recall systems.
  • Handling billing, HICAPS, and health fund claims.
  • Maintaining smooth daily operations and liaising with the dental team.
  • Providing outstanding customer service in line with our clinic values.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and software.
  • Proven ability to manage a busy front desk with professionalism and warmth.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to support and guide a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and dental software systems.
