We are on a quest for a motivated Customer Service Professional that wants to become the best in the industry and work for a rapidly growing national business with its office based in the western suburbs of Adelaide.

Job Description

  • Answer incoming phone calls and close hot leads
  • Attend and manage email inbox
  • Allocate bookings and jobs for technicians
  • Handle customer enquiries and requests
  • Aftercare service including post-care calls and reports
  • Administrative duties

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year experience on the phones
  • Professional and adaptive phone manner
  • Demonstrate a flexible and 'can do' attitude
  • Strong computer literacy with advanced google suite skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Customer conflict resolution
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail
