The Role

We are looking for a Casual Customer Service Officer to join our Marleston Head Office team. If you're a qualified hairdresser with a passion for customer service and administration, this could be your perfect opportunity

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries promptly via phone, email, and Zendesk, ensuring a positive experience every time.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently into our ERP system, ensuring customers receive exactly what they need.
  • Offer expert advice and tailored solutions that make a real difference for each customer.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships, ensuring clients feel supported throughout their journey with us.
  • Keep customers in the loop with timely updates on order progress, ensuring transparency and trust.

What We're Looking For:

  • A qualified hairdresser—your expertise is key to providing top-notch advice and customer care.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or administration role.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
  • A positive, friendly personality who loves interacting with people and has a genuine passion for sales.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative—no two days are the same
