Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Adelaide, SA. The Customer Service Specialist will handle customer support tasks including managing customer inquiries, providing solutions to customer issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks involve answering phone calls, maintaining customer records, ensuring smooth customer service operations, and enhancing overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a trade services environment, is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification; additional training or certifications in customer service is a plus
