As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. Based in Melbourne the company's office manager main responsibilities will be (not limited to):

  • Overseeing office systems, procedures, and administrative processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Supervising and supporting administrative and customer service staff.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence, documentation, and records.
  • Coordinating purchasing, inventory control, and supplier communications.
  • Preparing operational reports, maintaining budgets, and monitoring office expenditures.
  • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, staff performance review and HR administration.
  • Implementing workplace health and safety policies and ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Liaising with management and department heads to support business operations and project requirements.
  • Overseeing scheduling, workflow, office equipment maintenance and general office logistics to ensure business continuity.

Key requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in a related fieldc
  • English and Mandarin bilingual language skills are essential
  • Min 4 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general office software systems
