Play a vital role in supporting the planning, development, and delivery of prevention and health promotion initiatives across Melbourne's South East.
About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Program Administration Support Officer on a part-time / full-time, ongoing basis with the South East Public Health Unit (SEPHU), part of Monash Health, based in Mulgrave.
In this pivotal role, you will provide high-quality, proactive administrative support to SEPHU's Population Health and Partnerships and Health Promotion teams. These teams lead the design, implementation, and coordination of evidence-based initiatives aimed at improving health outcomes and reducing inequities across our region.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes, and governance documentation
Managing stakeholder data, communications, and digital platforms such as SharePoint and the SRM system
Supporting reporting processes, compliance tracking, recruitment, onboarding, and event logistics
Some travel to other Monash Health sites may be required.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Experience providing administrative support in a health, community, or government setting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, digital platforms, and stakeholder databases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise professionally across all levels
Commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and quality in documentation and reporting
Mandatory requirements:
Certificate or Diploma-level qualification in business administration, office management, or relevant experience
Current Victorian Driver's Licence (desirable)
