About the Role
As a Relationship Executive, you'll manage a portfolio of commercial clients with turnover between $3M–$15M and lending needs ranging from $1.25M–$5M. You'll deliver tailored solutions across working capital, asset finance, home and investment lending, risk management, and wholesale investment advice.

You'll work alongside a collaborative team of Relationship Executives, Analysts, and Account Managers, focused on delivering exceptional service and sustainable business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and outstanding service

  • Identify new-to-bank opportunities via your network and referral partners

  • Understand complex client needs and collaborate with product specialists to deliver comprehensive financial solutions

  • Lead deal execution with expertise in origination, structuring, and negotiation

  • Represent CommBank across the region, building your profile and presence

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing a successful small business or commercial banking portfolio

  • Experience in commercial lending and credit writing skills

  • Deep understanding of banking products and financial analysis

  • Passion for customer service and business development

  • An understanding of financial documents and the underlying cash-flow drivers

You'll start with an established client book and be expected to grow it through new acquisition and by identifying further opportunities within your portfolio.
