Office Assistant

VMA Promotional Products are looking for am office assistant to help in the day to day operation of our business. You will be taking calls and talking to clients and helping them in their selection of products, doing quotes and talking to distributors and organising shipments etc.
While age is not important, your attitude is, so we are looking for a hard-working individual with a 'can do' attitude.
This is a part-time role which we hope will develop into a full time role with your assistance.

Requirements*
- Proactive and effectively manage orders and client follow-ups
- Ensure all leads are entered into the CRM effectively
- Set reminders and follow-ups as required
- Track orders, manage freight and delivery and keep the client fully informed
- Demonstrate a willingness to call both existing and new prospects on a daily basis
- Ensure detailed notes are logged along with the phone calls
- Be able to spend an hour or 2 each day canvassing existing customers & finding new prospects to either set an appointment or secure new orders.
- Working closely with the MD & VMA Promo Manager so as to optimise effective and proactive support on a regular basis to ensure all customer needs are met &/or exceeded
- Provide Face to Face & Phone support in a courteous & professional manner
- Provide effective and timely follow up of all client queries
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure clients receive appropriate support documentation as required
- Maintain contact with all new & existing clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction
- Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all departments
