Vets Central is on a mission to become Australia's leading veterinary partner, supporting the delivery of quality veterinary services to the community and we are now seeking an exceptional Marketing Specialist to join our awesome (even if we do say so ourselves) support office team on a full-time basis in Bundall.

Reporting directly to the General Manager of Marketing in this newly created role, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness and bolstering business growth for our national clinics by developing local area marketing plans and initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled marketer who is adept at strategic planning, project management and creative execution who is looking to take the next step in their career with a national company in a rapid growth phase.
- Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:_
- Develop local marketing plans for selected clinics to support business growth and enhance brand awareness, focusing on both client retention and new client acquisition.
- Oversee website development to ensure a strong online presence that aligns with the clinic and the company’s marketing goals.
- Manage brand and logo development activities to maintain a cohesive and impactful brand identity.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns, including advertising and content creation, to drive customer engagement and enhance the clinic and the company's online visibility.
- Collaborate with the General Marketing Manager (GMM) to promote company initiatives and contribute to achieving business imperatives.
- Assist in training and supporting the Marketing Coordinator and other team members when necessary.
- Conduct analytics and reporting by monitoring and analysing the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics. Deliver regular reports and insights to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute local area marketing strategies and plans for specified clinics, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging posts across various social media channels to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Oversee clinic website development, implement SEO optimisation, and regularly report on performance with recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Provide graphic design support and mentoring as needed to ensure consistent and visually appealing marketing materials.
- Foster and strengthen relationships with clinics, suppliers, and clients to support collaborative marketing efforts.
- Coordinate and actively participate in promotional events, shows, and exhibitions to promote the clinics and build community engagement.

**About You**
- To be successful in this role, you will have:_
- Degree in marketing, design, communications, or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within a marketing role.
- A passion for the well-being of animals is essential.
- Highly experienced in graphic design - either using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Highly experienced in video content development and editing.
- CMS experience and basic website coding skills highly regarded.
- Experience managing platforms such as Hootsuite, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, WordPress, and eDM platforms.
- Have an understanding of the Veterinary landscape or be eager to develop this understanding.
