We are seeking passionate and experienced Retail Manager to join our team If you have a knack for leading teams, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving retail success, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
- Drive sales by assisting customers, providing product recommendations, and addressing inquiries.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain productivity and service standards.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and oversee deliveries to ensure product availability.
- Determine the product mix to align with customer preferences and market trends.
- Set competitive prices while ensuring profitability and value for customers.
- Formulate and implement purchasing policies to optimize stock levels and supplier relationships.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and drive sales.
- Plan and oversee advertising campaigns, including digital and in-store promotions.
- Ensure store layout, displays, and promotions are visually appealing and aligned with marketing strategies.
- Track sales, manage budgets, and control expenses to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and build loyalty.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, and oversee stock procurement.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of professional experience as a Retail Manager
- Diploma of Management or Diploma of Business is preferable.
- Strong ability to assess client needs, excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise and motivate staff
- A commitment to ensuring the highest standards of quality, care, and affordability for customers.
