**How You’ll Shine**

As the Consumer Lending Supervisor, you will assist the organisation to achieve greater efficiency and solve organisational problems, establish structures, methods and procedures in the following areas:

- Credit underwriting in compliance with the National Consumer Credit Protection act & Australian Credit License
- Contract Processing
- Develop strategies, incorporating key business drivers guidelines, to meet all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Management of the month end process ensuring all aspects are considered and able to prepare, execute, review and analyse month end results including key drivers, trends and KPI's
- Ensure the robustness and integrity of data provided
- Develop predictive measures to drive business optimization
- Maintain daily, weekly, monthly and annual performance reporting
- Perform detailed analysis across the Consumer Lending portfolio on a regular basis to drive performance
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Review and verification of financial results
- Provide key business insights to leadership team through analysis of data
- Building strong business relationships with key stakeholders
- Leading a team through strong leadership, support and guidance to all staff

**What You'll Bring**
- Experience in credit underwriting / loan assessing making decisions in the Consumer Credit sector
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills included ability to problem solve and improve processes
- Solid understanding & experience in financial services industry
- Previous experience managing / supervising staff
- Experience in transactions which give rise to credit risk
- An understanding of the regulatory credit risk framework under NCCP & ACL or willingness to learn
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Demonstrable use of reporting and analytical tools including MS Excel, Access
- High level interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible, adaptable and able to prioritise work
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office
