Key responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based speech therapy (individual & group)
  • Complete assessments in speech, language, communication, and swallowing
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team (OTs, Physios, Intervention Teachers, etc.)
  • Empower families to embed strategies into daily routines and community life
  • Keep accurate documentation aligned with NDIS standards
  • Engage in mentoring, PD, and team meetings

What you'll bring
  • Recognised degree in Speech Pathology + current SPA membership
  • Experience in paediatric and/or disability settings (new grads welcome)
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
  • Strong time management and organisational ability
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Commitment to professional growth and reflective practice
  • Current driver's licence
