DVL Accounting is a boutique accounting firm established in 2014, specialising in personalised accounting and taxation services for small and medium-sized businesses, family enterprises, and individuals. **The Role**

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Office Junior to join our friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in office administration and gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and a smile
- Assisting with data entry and saving client information to our systems (MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero)
- Scanning, filing, and organising documents (both digital and paper)
- Assisting with mail management, including daily trips to the post office and banking (twice a week)
- Preparing and distributing correspondence and invoices under supervision
- Supporting the team with general office duties (ordering stationery, replenishing kitchen supplies, maintaining archive files)
- Assisting with appointment scheduling and diary management
- Helping to prepare working papers and checklists for client jobs
- Learning to use office software and practice management tools
- Other administrative tasks as required

- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- No prior office experience required - training will be provided
