**About the role**

Are you a forward-thinking and organised professional looking to join a dynamic team at the forefront of strategy and transactions? We're looking for a Team Administrator to join our Group Strategy and Transactions team and take the lead on coordinating important projects and ensuring smooth daily operations.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to support the General Manager Strategy & Transactions and the entire team in driving results. You'll be responsible for managing project documentation, coordinating workshops and meetings, and supporting research and data collection. Your attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines will be crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Further to this, your duties will include:

- Setting up workshops and meetings, and support the collation of relevant documentation, including agendas, meeting packs and the recording of accurate and meaningful meeting minutes
- Assisting in a variety of day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of the Group Strategic Initiative programme.
- Supporting internal and external stakeholder engagement to support strategic development
- Assisting in the coordination and management of strategic projects including preparation for, management of and documentation of outcomes of workshops and meetings, supporting research and data collation and delivery of projects in line with project plans
- Assisting in the planning and coordination of the Corporate Strategy and Transactions team, including meeting booking, venue arrangements, equipment usage etc.
- Attend to Administration requests as required

**About you**
- At least 3-5 years relevant experience
- Good skills in SharePoint or web administration
- Previous demonstrated experience working in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office packages at the advanced level for the production of material for a board level audience.
