**The Opportunity**:
We are currently seeking a full-time, experienced **Site-Based Commercial Administrator** to support our major construction projects. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth site operations and ensuring accurate and timely administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Collation of timesheets and labour control for reporting
- Managing downloads/uploads and distribution via Aconex or Project Centre
- Controlling drawing registers and RFI registers
- Maintaining project correspondence and document registers
- Filing and document control (e.g., ITPs, SWMS, purchase orders, subcontractor data)
- Ensuring quality control of office systems and documentation
- Providing administrative support to project teams including foremen, supervisors, and project managers
- Maintaining project logs, purchase order records, and invoice registers
- Keeping employee registers for site staff
- Data entry for production and labour controls
- Assisting in the preparation of project manuals and “As Built” documentation
- Recording and distributing meeting minutes
- Liaising with client administrators, suppliers, and subcontractors

**About You**:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High data entry speed and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the construction or electrical industry (highly regarded)
- AutoCAD experience (advantageous but not essential)

**Location & Work Environment**:
This role is primarily site-based, with occasional duties at our **Eight Mile Plains office**. Project locations vary depending on project needs.
