Kitchen management & operations

* oversees daily kitchen operation, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

* supervise all food preparation. cooking and presentation to maintain consistent quality.

*ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation and health regulation.

*manage inventory, stock levels and orders

* maintain equipment and ensure the kitchen is clean and organised at all times.

Staff leadership and training

* recruit, train and supervise kitchen staff.

* schedule staff rosters and monitor performance

* conduct team meetings and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

Financial management

*monitor food costs portion control and waste reduction.

Skills and qualifications

* proven experience with leadership role.

* excellent leadership , communication and organisational skills.

*ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and can handle 350 dockets.

*full time role 45hours must be available public holidays and both weekends Open to close breakfast and lunch cafe.

* in depth understanding of food safety regulations and practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,005.00 – $125,764.48 per year
