1. Position:

  • Sous Chef (Main Chef assistance) - Full time

2. Full/Part Hourly Rate (Before tax) :

  • Adult (over 20y) : $30 (weekdays)
  • x1.25 (Saturday), x1.5 (Sunday), x2.25 (Public Holiday)
  • x1.5-2 (overtime pay)
    • 12.0% Superannuation + Annual Leave + Sick Leave

3. Working Hours:

  • Full time 38-42hrs per week

6. Responsibilities

  • Sushi preparation (rolls, nigiri, etc.)
  • Hot food station duties
  • Support the Head Chef
  • Assist with daily kitchen operations
  • Assist to menu ideas and improvements
  • General kitchen and store duties

We do not pay cash in hand. A valid TFN is required.
