Position
This newly created and unique position reports to the Regional Managing Director and plays a pivotal role in ensuring the facility operates with the highest standards of governance, compliance and risk management. It oversees governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, risk management strategies and policy enforcement. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Governance & Board Compliance
  • Risk Management Policy Development
  • Audit, Compliance Monitoring
  • Training & Capability Building

Profile
Seeking a highly experienced governance and compliance professional with a background in education or related industry who brings proven leadership in compliance, governance, or risk management.

Proven experience in a comparable role within the education sector, or related field, including board-level reporting and strategic decision-making support, is essential.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of compliance frameworks along with experience in regulatory audits and reporting. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are a must to collaborate with internal leadership, regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.
