They're the Canberra-based crew with a national footprint, a killer office, and a team culture that's all about backing each other, doing great work, and having a laugh along the way. Right now, they're looking for someone with solid SME broking experience to join the team. Depending on your level, this could be an Account Executive role or an Assistant Account Executive gig. Either way, you'll be working with a bunch of legends who know their stuff and genuinely care about their clients and each other.

To reflect your level of relevant experience we are working with a salary band that stretches from a base salary of $75,000 for a great cultural fit in our Assistant Account Executive, through to $120,000 for a highly skilled experienced Account Executive who knows there is more to life out there


What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing or supporting a portfolio of SME clients across Australia
  • Quoting, placing, renewing, and reviewing policies like a pro
  • Handling claims, endorsements, and client queries with confidence and care
  • Working closely with insurers, clients, and the offshore admin team to keep things humming
  • Keeping compliance tight and documentation sharp
  • Being part of a team that values collaboration over competition

What You Bring

  • Solid experience in hands-on SME insurance broking
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (RG146) or willingness to obtain it if you are looking to come in as an assistant AE.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine love of client service
  • A sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • A friendly, curious, and collaborative vibe; remember it's all about team
