The Senior Team Administrator is central to how the Asset Management team operates and delivers its work. It combines organisation, systems thinking and problem-solving to keep projects running smoothly and ensure the team performs at its best.
This role suits someone who takes pride in structure, enjoys improving the way things work, and finds satisfaction in being the person who keeps the wheels turning. You'll be trusted to own your space, anticipate what's needed, and contribute ideas that make a difference to how the team operates day to day.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage diaries, emails, meetings, travel and client communications to keep the team organised and connected.
- Act as the main contact point for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination across projects.
- Prepare reports, tenders, submissions and presentations to a high professional standard.
- Support project delivery by tracking progress, monitoring workloads and managing deadlines.
- Coordinate monthly invoicing, WIP reviews, budgeting and forecasting in partnership with Finance and senior leadership.
- Maintain accurate project records, files and systems to support clear reporting and accountability.
- Analyse data and prepare insights that support commercial and operational decisions.
- Contribute to the implementation of new systems and process improvements.
- Assist with client submissions, marketing initiatives and other team growth activities.
About You
We are looking for talented professionals who are purpose-driven, collaborative, and thrive in high-performing environments. You will ideally have:
- Experience in a coordination, operations or business support role, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Confidence working with systems such as BST, MRI or TaskFlo (or a willingness to learn)
- Excellent communication and document preparation skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and calm approach under pressure
About you.
We are looking for talented professionals who are purpose-driven, collaborative, and thrive in high-performing environments. You will ideally have:
- A tertiary qualification in Geographic Information Systems (or equivalent)
- Working knowledge of ESRI's ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, and A.G.O.L as well as Microsoft desktop suite
- Demonstrated experience working with a wide variety of spatial data types, including their creation and maintenance
- Experience with Python or similar coding languages
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to network with other spatial team members and clients to develop strong internal relationships
- Strong logical, analytical and data visualisation skills
