Senior Contracts Administrator – Water Infrastructure Projects | North Sydney

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Contracts Administrator
to join a leading civil and water infrastructure contractor, supporting multiple ongoing projects across Sydney's North.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing commercial and contractual aspects across a variety of
water infrastructure projects
, ensuring cost control, compliance, and effective contract management throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee head contract and subcontract administration across multiple projects
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate variations, claims, and progress payments
  • Support procurement and subcontractor engagement
  • Liaise with project managers and engineers to ensure contractual compliance
  • Contribute to monthly reporting and forecasting

About You:

  • 6+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator (senior-level preferred)
  • Proven experience on water infrastructure or civil construction projects
  • Strong understanding of head/subcontract management and commercial controls
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Available for an immediate or short notice start
