As Senior Contract Administrator, you will:

  • Administer a portfolio of key contracts, ensuring compliance with all obligations and proactive management of risks to achieve project and organisational objectives.
  • Prepare, review, and manage contract documentation, variations, progress claims, and correspondence.
  • Support the leadership team on day-to-day contractual matters, providing accurate and timely advice.
  • Monitor contract performance, identify potential risks or issues, and assist with their resolution to maintain project outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation to ensure compliance with governance and audit requirements.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with senior stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment and accountability.

To be successful, you will bring:

  • Extensive experience as a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator, ideally within the energy, infrastructure, or construction industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • A hands-on, proactive, and solutions-focused approach—someone who takes ownership and gets things done.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of contract terms, conditions, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in contract management systems and standard forms of contract.
  • Professional certification in contract management/administration is advantageous.
