Medical Imaging Receptionist

Horizon Imaging Clinics is a medical imaging provider across Melbourne. Our team of highly skilled and professional imaging specialists and staff pride on delivering professional, timely and friendly services to our patients.
A motivated individual is needed to take on the role of full-time medical receptionist within our busy practice located in Skye. We are looking for someone who is motivated, has excellent customer service skills, high level of attention to detail and can work well under pressure.
The position will involve all reception duties including:
Greeting patients in a warm and professional manner
Managing appointment scheduling and bookings, phone call and enquiries
Handling patient registration and payments
Liaising effectively with radiologists, technicians and referring clinicians
General office duties and maintaining a clean/organised environment
Maintaining strict patient confidentially
The clinic operating hours are 9am-5pm Monday - Friday and you will be required to work the full day, 38 hours per week.
