Clarity Partners is partnering with a trusted construction services firm recognised for reliable project delivery and strong industry partnerships.

We are seeking a dedicated Bid and Tender Coordinator to join their collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in driving the business forward by preparing compelling submissions, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting process improvements that increase success rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tender Coordination:
    Prepare compliant, high-quality bid documents in response to tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs.
  • Bid Review:
    Follow up on unsuccessful bids, seek feedback, and integrate lessons learned into future submissions.
  • Contractor Engagement:
    Identify, approach, and build relationships with contractors and subcontractors to support project delivery.
  • Pipeline Development:
    Track upcoming opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform business development.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with estimating, project management, and leadership teams to gather and compile required documentation.
  • Administration Support:
    Assist with document control, CRM updates, and meeting coordination.
  • Process Improvement:
    Contribute to refining bid systems, templates, and internal workflows to boost efficiency and win rates.

About You

  • Previous experience in bid/tender coordination, estimating support, or contracts administration within the construction industry.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident working with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Commercially minded with a strategic and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with tender platforms or CRMs is an advantage.
