About the Role

As our casual Client Relationship Officer, you will work 9-12 hours per week, with some later evening finsishes (7:30 pm ), at either our Stirling and Booragoon clinics. More hours may be offered from time to time to cover leave of other team members.

This role requires an individual skilled in multitasking and dedicated to delivering accurate and efficient client support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage appointments and schedules, ensuring accurate and timely responses, whether in person or over the phone.
  • Record and update client information, maintaining data accuracy and thoroughness in all records.
  • Process payments, invoices, and insurance claims with precision and respect for timelines.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere, offering clients a positive, supportive experience from the moment they arrive.
  • Handle multiple priorities with ease, providing exceptional service to both clients and team members.
