As the organisation embarks on an exciting growth journey—expanding its sales and marketing reach into new market segments—it seeks a highly capable Corporate Services Manager to join its Executive Team and lead the transformation of its internal operations.

This is a pivotal leadership role designed to support the club's strategic ambitions and ensure operational excellence across all corporate function

Key responsibilities

As Corporate Services Manager, you will work closely with the C-suite, key stakeholders, and your direct reports to:

  • Provide leadership to the corporate services team
  • Oversee and manage the organization's budget, finance and accounts
  • Develop and implement corporate services strategies and plans
  • Manage the procurement and maintenance of office equipment and facilities
  • Coordinate IT services and ensure adequate support is provided to all staff
  • Manage human resources and administration functions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external service providers
  • Participate in risk management and disaster recovery planning

To be successfully considered we will look for the following attributes and skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in similar high impact roles for at least 1 or more years.
  • Solid demonstrated knowledge of the sporting club industry or similar
  • Suitable academic background, i.e. highly relevant degree or agreed substitute.
  • Well-developed communications skills, across a range of professional settings
