Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Clinical Sales Specialist
to join our Ultrasound team and drive the adoption of our Point-of-Care (POC) ultrasound solutions across
Northern NSW
. This role has become available due to internal movement and presents an excellent opportunity to step into a well-established territory.

Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our POC ultrasound solutions, working closely with customers to identify their needs, provide tailored demonstrations, and ensure ongoing support in collaboration with our Clinical Applications team. Your combination of clinical knowledge and sales expertise will be essential in demonstrating the value of our solutions to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share across key POC care areas.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations, presentations, and tailored proposals to healthcare professionals.
  • Drive product adoption through installations, training, and ongoing technical/clinical support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and account management.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Tertiary qualification in health, business, or marketing (highly desirable); Sonographer qualification advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare or clinical sales; ultrasound sales experience desirable.
  • Proven consultative sales approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Commercially minded, organised, and able to manage time and territory effectively.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software; current driver's licence and own vehicle essential.
