We are looking for a Property Consultant to join the Biggs team based in the Adelaide Hills Josh Biggs brings extensive expertise to the Adelaide Hills property market, working and living in the area for 20+ years - firmly believing that there is nothing better than a 'Hills lifestyle'. This is a role for you to bring your best self to, combining your excitement for property with your sales and customer service skills.

What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Attending open inspections and auctions
  • Providing advice and service to the client
  • Prospecting, listing and selling property
  • Exceptional client service and management
  • Attending appraisals and delivering settlement gifts/sold stickers

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in real estate (essential)
  • A current Real Estate License- Certificate IV in property services
  • Experience in working with a CRM system – Agent Box (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and consistent high attention to detail
  • Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
  • Knowledge of the legislation around listing and selling property
