We're a leading manufacturer of high-quality coolrooms, freezers, and insulated panel systems for clients across NSW. Our team prides itself on craftsmanship, reliability, and a great work culture. As our workload continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated Junior Coolroom Fabricator to join our team and learn the trade from the ground up.

The Role

As a Junior Coolroom Fabricator, you'll assist in the manufacture and assembly of insulated panel systems and related components. You'll work alongside experienced fabricators to develop hands-on skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cutting, measuring, and assembling insulated panels
  • Assisting with the manufacture of insulated panels
  • Assisting with the fabrication of doors, frames, and trims
  • Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workshop
  • Following WHS (Work Health & Safety) procedures at all times
  • Supporting senior fabricators and installers on-site as required

About You

A genuine interest in fabrication, construction, or trades

Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn

Comfortable using hand and power tools

Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

Current driver's licence (P or full) preferred
