We're looking for an experienced and highly organised administration assistant to join our close-knit team in Paddington. This is a dynamic, full-time role that combines administration and book keeping ideal for someone who thrives in a structured yet collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Prepare quotes and process sales orders with accuracy and care
- Liaise with international suppliers for stock checks and reserves
- Process dispatch paperwork and book couriers/ freight
- Process sampling orders and dispatch to clients.
- follow up on reservations and monitor sampling.
Job Type: Full-time
