**About the Job**

The Junior Mechanical Designer is responsible for producing and updating 2D design and facilitating in 3D model development.
- Interface with the Engineering team during the mechanical model development of assigned plant areas
- Facilitate 3D Model development
- Update general arrangement, assembly, fabrication and installation drawings for structural, piping and mechanical disciplines
- Produce process related drawings such as process flow diagrams, and process and instrumentation drawings
- Produce new drawings and/or revise existing drawings
- Ensuring drawings are produced and managed in line with company CAD standards, approved design processes and document control procedures

**About you**
- Diploma or advanced Diploma Qualification in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Desire to implement and follow through on multiple issues and projects to achieve productive results
- Good level of PC literacy across Microsoft Office Packages and AutoCAD drafting packages
