- Mentor junior team members and foster knowledge-sharing across the DevOps team.
- Drive automation initiatives, building reusable tools, APIs, and libraries.
- Champion secure, maintainable, and scalable integration practices.
- Influence and engage stakeholders across IT and business teams to ensure consistent, high-quality DevOps practices.
What we're looking for
- Proven expertise delivering integration solutions using MuleSoft, AWS, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of API development, event-driven integration, and secure system design.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or comparable data platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and diagnostic skills.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring practices.
- A collaborative approach to stakeholders and commitment to building strong working relationships across technical and business areas.
- A commitment to cyber security, secure delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Experience mentoring and supporting the development of less experienced team members.
